The Freedom Run is brought to you by the East Cambridge Business Association. The super-fast course begins in Lechmere Square and runs through the heart of East Cambridge! Runners line-up on 1st St. (at the corner of Thorndike). When the race starts, runners proceed straight on 1st St. then right on Binney St., left on Cardinal Medeiros Ave., right on Hampshire St., right on Cambridge St., right on 1st St. and then proceed to the finish line at the corner of 1st St. & Thorndike St.
